Through years of dedicated movement practice and continuous education, I've built a vast repertoire of methods, habits, and tools designed to help people achieve optimal fitness, health, energy, and happiness in everyday life.
What began as a deep passion for movement naturally expanded into a broader commitment to holistic wellness—finding true balance across body, mind, and lifestyle. Today, I'm fully committed to maximizing my own potential while sharing what I've learned to help others do the same.

A few years ago, I launched a social media page to share bite-sized insights, hoping to inspire even one person to move more, stress less, and live more mindfully. That small step quickly grew.
During that time, I traveled extensively — chasing waves, new cultures, and fresh perspectives. Eventually, I landed in Western Australia, where I discovered a comprehensive Diploma of Remedial Massage program. I enrolled because I wanted to go deeper: to understand the intricate details of human movement, soft tissue, and recovery at a professional level. It added powerful new tools to my toolbox so I can help people move more freely, reduce pain, and reclaim their quality of life.
